The EXCEL-1000 is engineered for Active Temperature Forcing of high-power devices — CPUs, GPUs, and AI accelerators with internal power dissipation up to 1000W. Unlike standard cooling solutions, the system maintains a stable temperature setpoint even when the Device Under Test (DUT) operates at peak electrical loads. Built for the AI era, the EXCEL-1000’s Active Power Compensation is specifically optimized to counteract massive heat loads, maintaining precise stability of ±0.1°C across the extreme range from -70°C to +170°C.

Superior cooling efficiency of -40°C @ 900W enables the most demanding thermal characterization processes for next-generation silicon. Programmable force-controlled actuation up to 180 Kg, combined with an integrated CDA-driven pneumatic mechanism, ensures ideal electrical and thermal contact across repeated test cycles.
