Unlike standard cooling solutions, the system maintains a stable temperature setpoint even when the Device Under Test (DUT) operates at peak electrical loads. Operating across an extreme range of -50°C to +170°C with ±0.1°C stability, the EXCEL-100 delivers superior cooling efficiency of -40°C @ 90W for the most demanding thermal characterization processes.
The system features a programmable force-controlled actuation up to 75 Kg, an integrated CDA-driven mechanism for repeatable pressing cycles, and an Advanced 7″ Touch HMI for intuitive operation. Designed for low-power semiconductor and electronics validation, the EXCEL-100 is the entry point of Eldrotec’s Active Thermal Forcing platform — sharing the same precision controls as our higher-power models while purpose-built for compact device characterization.
