Unlike standard cooling solutions, the system maintains a stable temperature setpoint even when the Device Under Test (DUT) operates at peak electrical loads. Built for the AI era at its most demanding, the EXCEL-2000 delivers Active Power Compensation across an extreme range of -75°C to +170°C with ±0.1°C stability.

Continuous 2000W operation from -35°C to +170°C makes the EXCEL-2000 suited to the most aggressive thermal characterization workloads in modern silicon validation.
